To comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99), we need the following written information to send transcripts to other institutions or individuals.

Official transcripts include a signature of the principal, raised school seal, and colored ink stamp. Most schools, the armed services, and some employers will only accept official transcripts. Official transcripts will only be mailed via USPS, or they must be picked up.

Only unofficial transcripts (no signature, seal, or stamp) can be emailed.

Important: Accounts with amounts due will NOT be sent transcripts until the balance has been settled. Please allow 1–2 working days to fulfill your request once the account is settled.

We do not have duplicate diplomas. There is only one original diploma that is awarded at graduation.
